This is shortly after the confirmed IBM -0.76% partnership, and now there's been speculations on who the next one might be. There are talks that it could be between SatoshiPay, PayPal, or even JP Morgan. While I think the JP Morgan partnership is in the works behind doors, I feel the more reasonable choice would be SatoshiPay."

This seems to be the initial source of the Satoshi and Stellar tie-up excitement over on LSE :-

Could be an RNS next week to explain this latest development? There's also mention of an IBM partnership with Stellar. So it will be very interesting to see how this develops, we could hopefully see the share price rocket. If anyone is shorting BLU they have good reason to be very worried right now..

I don't like referring to lse as I hate that site... But... I would recommend heading over there to read the postings this evening. Regarding meinhard stepping in to replace a speaker at that event tonight, as tweeted by meinhard..... And then having a presentation ready with slides showing satoshipay and stellar on the same slide... that shows satoshipay and stellar already working together. Do your research into stellar. This is going to rocket Monday. Pieces starting to come together now. Dont hesitate..... Just GET ABOARD BLU.... .

IMO It is possible that the next stage with Satoshi Pay has already been sorted out, and the price that any deals will be made, between all parties. (Whether its a takeover or some kind of merger, or some other kind of increased interest).
The last placing has suggested a lower level for the share price and the seller is possibly keeping it from going too much above.
It may not have started out that way, but the BOD will know who the seller is, and may just now be letting them get on with it.
Where's the news to wrong foot/finish off the seller, or at least put them off their stroke?
Coming.
(But maybe not just yet?)
