27/9/2017 13:49 | Im lost SR. Hitachi ARE the development partner for Fingopay. | apfindley
27/9/2017 13:26 | You're out of date. No surprise. That piece was written in 2014. Fingopay has been further developed by Hitachi and Sthaler since then. What you omitted from the same old piece was that: 'Barclays says the technology is relatively expensive at the moment. It will charge business customers for the convenience of having the machines' This also shoots your 'someone on twitter says no revenues exchanged hands' theory in the foot. Sthaler have exclusivity on supplying Fingopay for retail use and it is far more secure than the fingerprint technology that Applepay uses. As mentioned before, displaying your excrement in bold writing doesn't strengthen the content or make it more appealing. Ever thought of marketing your 'Footinyourmouthpay' ? | simpletonremover

27/9/2017 11:27 | Hitachi, which has been researching the technology for 15 years, said vein patterns are established in the womb and remain stable for most of a person's life. But there is some concern that people's biometric information, including vein patterns, might be used or exploited by fraudsters or even government agencies. | 3rd eye

27/9/2017 10:24 | Someone on twitter says Hitachi are light years ahead of sthaler on this finger vein technology. Already using it with barclays and polish banks. Says they have partnered up but no revenues exchanged hands. is this true???????????????? not a technology I have followed. | 3rd eye
27/9/2017 08:42 | OK. Thanks for your reply. | flashheart
26/9/2017 23:52 | Flash. QI'm unsure because I dont know how Sthaler would currently be valued. The figure I mention is just an arbitrary ammount of 1/3 current blu market cap. What that buys in Sthaler I dont know but it could be a few %. And I see it an acceptable level for current holders to stomach, to increase our investment in what I see as a "dead cert" success in Fingopay. | apfindley
26/9/2017 20:08 | apf, what percentage stake would a further 2m investment give us at todays valuation approximately? | flashheart
26/9/2017 20:04 | Depends, they may be looking for a last round of investment before mainstream commercialisation takes hold. It would be worth the BLU directors approaching their Sthaler counterparts to enquire. | flashheart
26/9/2017 20:00 | Doodle. Yes that's a great idea about a placing at a slight premium to pay for more Sthaler. I would vote for that, possibly upto £2m, though I doubt they are offering increased positions, considering they are about to hit the market mainstream. | apfindley
26/9/2017 19:43 | I was looking back through the original thread to see when I first bought in and it turned out to be back in May. One of my first few posts was about the Fingopay process and our investment! I wrote about the fact that the technology is already widely adopted in Japan! Well that gives us a head-start. I do wish my long-term memory was better. | hazl

26/9/2017 17:22 | I've never been good with cryptic crosswords... "astute BoD" ???? The plain English Society would love you... i'm not so sure! | cybernest53
26/9/2017 17:13 | Agree 110% db. Sthaler now looking to be equally as lucrative as Satoshipay. A very astute BoD for picking these two gems at such an early stage. | flashheart
26/9/2017 17:07 | I think now would be an opportune time for BLU to have a placing at 0.4 and then buy a bigger stake in Sthaler - it would be like the first day at the High Street sales and investors would be falling over each other to get in there!:-) | doodlebug4
26/9/2017 17:00 | Pinned Tweet Fingopay @FingoPay 38m38 minutes ago Yay! Fingopay has won top prize in the @RestTechLive Tech Innovation Awards. Thanks to everyone at #RTL17 for all your support. 👆🏆 | doodlebug4 |
