But you omit the next bit:
“ Post year end, the Company increased its cash balance to GBP179,000 through the disposal of its remaining shareholding in NFT Investments and some of its shareholding in Guild Esports plc. The current value of the quoted investments held by the Company is approximately GBP147,000.”
There is a clear statement that they will seek to avoid raising further equity. There are other minor investments they could sell.

The Company ended the year with cash of GBP86,575 and this has been increased subsequently through the sale of some of the Company's quoted investments post year end to a current balance of approximately GBP179,000. I've doubled my holding in BLU as the medium term outlook seems very good. Quite a lot of selling probably from bored speculators in the main.

I'm back into BLU having bought 1m shares in the last few days - out since August last year. Will have to catch up with everything that has happened seemingly very slowly though Pendulum has quite a list of things to do going forward in the next year or so.

I'm not listening to any messages anymore. The share price seems to fluctuate in complete independence from sales or conversations. I can only assume that there are some big share traders here manipulating the price by buying and selling in big waves. Those of us with small holdings just suffer from stop loss activations and the spread

Next 4 weeks should see completion of Pendulum launch;

Pendulum announced that the Mainnet Launch is the first phase of a three phase Pendulum launch roadmap and marks a significant milestone for both the project and its community. Phase two will be the token transfer event that allows for the transfer, but not the trading, of tokens. The final phase will be the PEN listing on the Zenlink automated market maker (AMM), which will come with opportunities to earn rewards from providing liquidity. Pendulum noted that it is possible that PEN will list on a top 10 Centralised Exchange around this time.

Pendulum has announced that it is their intention to complete the launch roadmap by March 2023.

i would think this year.

the risk bias is to surpass the upside of your Satoshipay valuation , but then none of us would be concerned by that.

we have not even a hint at current valuation until TF shows his hand as to his plans to achieve valuations or we start to get valuations on the sum of the parts. PEN, Amplitude, Dtransfer turnover etc and then our errant friends at Dynasty, who seem to have adopted the bunker mentality !!!

I think its wrong for the following reason.

Satoshi will either be worth nothing or 2 bln +. I really dont see any middle ground.

Of course, I could be wrong too :)

If all goes according to plan with some twists & turns I would hope for the following valuations at the back end of next year when Blu plan to cash out of their investments.
Sat valuation of 150m = .Blu .80p
Dyn valuation 150m = Blu .30p

Total cash out valuation = Blu 1.10 which may be conservative but I feel realistic it represents a super return on investment.
