I have quite few of those with the majority purchased at 4 to 5 p
regardless what tech or any investments this company may make or not 1.7 cash in the back and 1.2 market cap do not seems a situation were we should panic and sell at loss

given all the delay and not a quite clear path forward I am not sure I would buy so for me is an Hold
and that is what I am doing especially on almost zero volume

Bad thing in my mind. Imagine after all this time they announce something that's majorly dilutive and not that compelling. For example, like DERR. The new entity is barely trading over pre-RTO price as there was 10:1 consolidation. I don't want to wait nearly a year for zero gains but given that i'm about 66% down here I'm locked in now.
