Well there you go. Nice to see my prediction coming in.

Market reaction today is irrelevant as it’s not the stock market that will be buying this but Big Oil. Let’s not forget that the starting gun for a farmout was fired at the Turkish oil and gas conference back in December, so it should not take long for interested parties to move in for the kill now, and publication of the CPR will increase the competitive tension between them.

A few punters are selling into the news. The share price will fall back again.

There's nothing in that RNS that is not already known.

The only news that will move this is drilling activity or farm out. Neither of which is happening.

Agreed ..... I think farm in announcement isn't far off , those sat on the fence will miss the boat and regret this opportunity

I don't think there will be any rerate after that RNS.

But no farmout yet. Any rerate will come after they get their farmout. So how long will that take is the big question. It could take months.

Skipper, well we'll see tomorrow if your hunch is correct.

The US have been sniffing around Georgia for years, nothing new there, and where did it get the CIA run outfit Frontera.

The US has been promising NATO membership so that the US could get its grubby hands on Georgia's energy resources. I doubt the Georgians would want that unless they want to end up like Ukraine, another country where the US have been trying to get their grubby hands on.

Anyway we are midway through Q1 so Gaywood should update. My hunch is there will be nothing. I'd expect volumes to pick up today if an RNS is inbound tomorrow.

You might scoff at what's been achieved but CCS is now very important to the majors to boost their ESG credentials, as was the presentation on project III. The CPR is just the final piece of the jigsaw.
