The difference with BLNX buying now is:

1] They have had names come in with accumulated large stakes.

2] They have spent money, time and effort getting their clean bill of health.

3] The BlackRock admission.

4] The Cayman Cowboys exposed by the FT.

5] Last but not least, Elderman showing himself as driven by greed with little integrity.

The share price is still at almost it's lows of this year, and yet all the that organised scam, like an ocean's eleven attack - has subsequently been made to look like a Cayman Cowboys Blazing Saddles....with Edelman being lead fart!

The ball is firmly in Blinkx' court. The share-price is so low they could now take some action to prevent these kind of manipulations in the future by taking a few shares off the table. I put an example of NetFlix, however they were buying back their stock at a high price. Blinkx can buyback at a very low price and place the shares in Treasury.
