15/12/2014 07:45 | Here we go for another pathetic week for the do nothing say nothing Blinkx what is the matter with you rampers? Come on Shroder - are you satisfied with the BOD's response to the promises made at the AGM? Where is this PR push? Non existent Where are the new partnerships that used to warrant an RNS? NOn existent where is there a single thread of evidence that the so called inflection point is anything but a figment of the BOD's imagination Come on Stocky - where is the slightest indication that there is a bid in the offing for Blinkx? Not even the remotest sign. everyone in this businesss IGNORES Blinkx This thread continues to describe progress and opportunities within the industry. It wastes post after post having a pop at Edelmen as if that is helping Blinkx It does SOD ALL to pressurise this appalling BOD into some sort of action. So we begin another pathetic Blinkx week. We started the year at 240p and will be Lucky to finish above 20p. Where are the résignations from the Board of the worst performing company on the AIM? | leluot3

14/12/2014 17:53 | This is the guy I hope can change that, Raj Dhanda of blinkx media. We talked quite a bit about his former role at Channel 4 sometime ago. As pressure grows from on-line advertising, broadcasters will have to think hard about future strategies if they want to protect their dominant position. Where blinkx scores highly over it's competitors offering ad exchanges is search, or better put video search - effectively they can offer a 'one stop shop' for broadcasters wanting to enter Programmatic ad sales. I have picked one obvious possibility but wit they amount of talented people on-board it could be anyone. It will be interesting to see if connected TV's have caught on during the festive period, I think across the pond they had good sales after Thanks Giving. ..imho.. | shroder
14/12/2014 16:48 | 'Programmatic TV' We have good growth prospects with traditional on-line programmatic advertising. blinkx as we know have made significant progress towards covering mobile, desktop and geo location ad formats. Where I think blinkx could score in 2015 with little effort on the tech front is Programmatic TV, or a better description would be Programmatic TV/Video. It's still relatively new but blinkx have the technology already in place. Indeed I doubt if it would take much of a push to add TV to the existing line up of mobile, desktop via ad conductor. I wonder how many of blinkx's competitors are in the same enviable position. ------------ Ad Tech Money Train Rolls on as Trade Desk Hauls in $45 Million | shroder
14/12/2014 16:15 | BOSTON (AP) — A Harvard Business School instructor who blasted a Boston-area Chinese restaurant for overcharging him by $4 on a takeout order apologized Wednesday for a lengthy and widely publicized email exchange with restaurant management. Associate professor Benjamin Edelman had threatened legal action and demanded the Sichuan Garden in Brookline compensate all other customers who might have been similarly overcharged after he said it charged him $1 more on each of the four items he ordered for takeout last week. www.cnbc.com/id/1022 | wageslave
