31/1/2024 10:49 | No you are the one surmising supercity doesn't own any shares. If he owns shares what is the problem him having an opinion? Of course there is a comparison but not in your mind as you are so arrogant to think when you do it it's OK. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 10:33 | And you know that supercity doesn't own any blencowe? ...yet! Why you so quick to defend? Alterego of yours perhaps? who knows. But no there is absolutely NO comparison between the 2 situations. Load up, it will rise again. Oh look the dip is done, the spread is moving upwards again . Doh. | apfindley
31/1/2024 10:28 | No it wasn't different, you was sticking your nose into a share you didn't own, no different to 1786. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 10:24 | Upland was very different. That was a pure scam t/o approach and that company were stupid enough to not do some basic enquiries before releasing an rns..Here you're reading standard risk disclosures which appear in all financial statements.Anyway it's an opportunity for us all to load up cheaper. | apfindley
31/1/2024 10:13 | What, you mean like you did at UPL. People in glasshouses......... | soulsauce
31/1/2024 10:07 | Who are the new arrivals apfindley? | soulsauce
31/1/2024 10:05 | Standard risk disclosure, and legal requirement of any financial statement.Stop being played by discussion board chatter from new arrivals. | apfindley
31/1/2024 09:56 | The company need to look at themselves Paulie and say 'why has the share price fallen so much this morning'? The answer is in the statement posted by supercity. If it is not right then clarify it but I don't think they will. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 09:56 | Standard risks disclosure you get on financial statements of all companies, related to their activities.Of course they have to include this as a risk factor, incase the dcf funding doesn't arrive, or that they end up not being able to secure the dcf partnership / project level funding which has been talked about. People mentioning this know its a standard disclosure and a legal requirement for any financial statement, so why even bring it up when things are so positive....unless they're new names wanting a better position here. | apfindley
31/1/2024 09:50 | I am going to ask that the company clarify the statement because it has been poorly received and whilst I initially interpreted the RNS differently to you SS, I agree it leaves room for speculation / is unclear. | pauliewonder
31/1/2024 09:46 | Then they should have clarified that in the statement and avoided the fall we have seen this morning. Pathetic. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 09:46 | But the announcement says different? With regards to future capital expenditure on the Orom-Cross Graphite Project, the Company will need to raise additional capital during the next 12 months in order to fully fund completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study. The Group has been approached by potential strategic partners who may eventually provide an offtake, funding or development scenario for the Orom-Cross graphite project. If this is not successful, the Board may consider stopping the project until further cash can be generated.---Massive red flag | supercity
31/1/2024 09:41 | I have clarified the above with the company and their advisers this morning and they have just come back to me and confirmed that the accounts are for September End - subsequent to this period the DFC have made a $1M payment twice, there are healthy levels of cash and another $1m payment expected soon. Absolutely not going to market for retail raising through placing, institutional only and not at these levels. A post period end statement should have been included. | pauliewonder
31/1/2024 09:30 | Oh I suppose the company are not paying themselves anything this year, the business premises are going to run for free, there are going to be no unforeseen costs around the project and all media etc is going to be done for free. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 09:22 | Disagree. The DFS is the company's sole activity at the moment, and they do not need to match funding as previously stated multiple times in virtually every interview that MR gives. Therefore, if they are not matching DFS costs, there is no need to raise funds because the only thing they are spending on is the DFS. | pauliewonder
31/1/2024 09:16 | No you are wrong paulie. The DFC funding is for the DFS and not working capital for the company. That is why the share price has fallen so much. | soulsauce
31/1/2024 09:13 | SS - you read that wrong. The funding position is as per September 2023: At 30 September 2023 the Group had a cash balance of £129,853 (2022: £346,994). They have since received 2 x $1m grants so likely to have circa $1.5m in the bank at least at the moment: As of 10 October 2023, the Group received $1 million of the $5 million technical grant funding from the Development Finance Corporation and... 10th Oct 2023 12:16 pm RNS Receipt of $1m Grant First Tranche from DFC 25th Jan 2024 7:00 am RNS Receipt of further $1m Tranche from the DFC | pauliewonder
31/1/2024 09:04 | Brilliant!! Not very smart of the company to not raise prior to put out that you are running on fumes. Not impressed at all. | soulsauce
30/1/2024 14:56 | Investors moved to gmet same first equity | rolo7
30/1/2024 12:33 | Same old same old. | soulsauce
30/1/2024 12:24 | Sadly the share price isn't. | gisjob2
29/1/2024 11:18 | Good news and company heading in right direction. He mentioned production a lot more times in this interview | 1acert
29/1/2024 10:39 | Another excellent interview from MR. Only a matter of time. As each milestone ticks off, the coiled spring tightens further. | pauliewonder
29/1/2024 09:25 | Great news indeed but pretty much the same response from the market. I am not sure why Alan Green doesn't understand why the share price is where it is. For starters the market is valuing nothing for the juniors, the world and his wife knows we are going to need further funding above the DFC money this year and (imo) some of the big holders are manipulating this so they can get a bigger slice at no more than they have already paid. | soulsauce |
