It is good they are taking this action..you gotta protect your IPR ! Anyway I feel that more than likely they will settle out of court.

Good find supernumerary and thanks for sharing. Lawsuits tend to be a drain on resources and a major distraction - often causing prolonged uncertainty. Let's hope that this does not affect the share price too much.

Looking very cheap after the recent decline.PE around 19x with peg of just 0.3.
Also their US earnings should add sparkle to the numbers after the fall in sterling.

Their TS should make an interesting read.
