The fact remains that they bought in June, and have now sold. If the chairman of BLTG is happy to sell shares in the company he is the chairman of, then what does that say about the company's short to medium term prospects?

Didn't they buy 100,000 shares recently?

Hanovers are a turn around specialists. They buy shares in struggling companies, reshape them and then move on.They took their stake in BLTG at a time when they had the mobile repair business, which was bit of a drag.Having disposed of that business Hanover feel their services are no longer required and hence have moved on.Just my opinion

One way of looking at it I guess.

Or.....you could view the chairman selling £471,888 worth of his company's stock as an indicator to get out for now.

Or have I misunderstood something?

BLTG's Chief Strategy Officer reiterating the dangers of poor data erasure:

"Improper Data Removal & Poor Enforcement of Data Retention Policies Create the 'Perfect Storm' for Data Breaches

53 Percent of Global Organizations Use Two Common, But Unsuccessful Methods to Erase Active Files from Computers/Laptops, External Drives & Servers"

"Richard Stiennon, a former Gartner analyst and Chief Strategy Officer of Blancco Technology Group, cautions organizations against making such mistakes. "Over the last several years, we've worked with businesses in the finance, healthcare and government sectors to help them understand the need to permanently and verifiably erase data from IT equipment and devices. But while organizations may see the value of data removal when their equipment reaches end of life, they often overlook and dismiss the importance of erasing active files from desktop computers, laptops, external drives and servers. In doing so, they leave large volumes of sensitive, confidential and potentially compromising data exposed and vulnerable to loss or theft."

etc"

Yes, nurdin I bought a some after the post tender dip. If they keep growing at 20-30% then they'll soon start to look cheap and I do like the space they're in. However, I'm always a bit suspicious of Hanover involvement and I'll wait for the acquisitions disposals/ management changes to bed in before making it a large holding.

PJ1..all it means is that they are actively involved in providing guidance on regulations, standards, emerging technologies etc through presentations at industry forums and through technical publications. That kind of activity reinforces their leadership in the field.

Do you hold these WJC?
