Funds will be needed, though I wouldn't rule out a raise at a slight premium through select investors.
No active talks with anyone over a buyout, so imo not going to happen anytime soon. Potential buyers have had months to use the free version, a month to use the paid version, and have seen the roadmap. Buyouts take months of negotiations, so not to be in any kind of talks at this stage suggests nothing in 2025. |

What alternatives do they now have, having tipped a pile of cash into a product that has as much potential to cover it's management costs, let alone return the investment.
To keep paying their saliers they will have to keep spining a tale but all the time burning funds.
Some people can never accept losses and hang on only to see futher dilution. |

Have you ever heard of anything more disappointing. The whole point is that the BoD were pumping this with the 40k users nonsense. Get a grip snd recognise that maybe, just maybe, it ain’t what the market wants. |
They said in the RNS next update on take up would be at AGM - I wouldn't expect anything before then. |
They are clearly playing things closer their chests, more likely Sept, as they said. |
Figures at the end of March will be more helpful...assuming we get them. |

IM was very clear today, accepted there may have been some confusion and corrected any possible misconception.
There was/is absolutely no reason to suggest dishonesty in any way.
We have approx 2200 monthly active users, 1300 weekly active users and 100 paying users.

40k told us they had a good pipeline to convert to active then to paid
If they had announced 1k then this would have pointed to 100 or fewer active and a handful of paid

Active users are the users you have a good chance of converting to paid once looked for features drop. |

2) don’t really understand their business.

I have no problem with 100 subscribers and 1,300 active freebie users.
It's early days and the subscription model has only just started.
A focused marketing campaign should get things moving.
What irks me is the crowing about achieving 40k users last November. It was big news then. Now it is passed off as nothing and no explanation. It smells off and that is not helpful. |
