it is much more of a subscription model than it used to be ... and/or..it re-invents itself as a magazine with news attached ...magazine type articles from advertisers selling to subscribers ..like the Times, Telegraph or even FT does

exactly..which is why I keep harking on about detail

..the internet can work very well for you and be a wind that fills your sails

..but..conversely ..it can be the complete opposite

User Experience and product detail tends to be what makes the difference

Shareholders want a warm wind filling the sails and taking the ship across the internet virtual seas

I don’t have the business skills or experience that Ian and his team have so I can’t coach them or give advice but I am aligned with their vision and Sumit is building what I have been campaigning for over a long time.

Well Pokerchips2 at present BIRD has a well versed orator - NickB that has the faith of the most devout company servant, whom I guess hopes for reward in the afterlife for dedication of service.

How much cash will be left at the end of this year, if no further raise takes place?

Just as the elevate.io product offers options that no other competitor does, it is likely that the way it is promoted will be different as well. SR and MV had a game plan at the outset and how to sell it will have been a critical element. They will have worked out both the markets thay want to target at the outset and the most likely ways to be successful in winning long term paying customers.

We know from daily experience that the word can spread on the internet far faster than even a few years ago so the sales process is unlikely to be substantially different. Surely BIRD will use both proven and also new methods that others have recently found effective?

do whatever you like... but as a shareholder I suggest you use your experience to look at the detail too and forward feedback where necessary and dont take it all as a guaranteed success.... whatever they think they know,they have yet to prove it ...

You are unlikely to come across a AIM CEO who doesn't come across as motivated , but that in itself isnt enough ..you sound naive in that sense

IM is paid £200k .. of course he needs to come across as motivated ..i don't care about motivated ..I care about Results

You have to win the game, not just take part in it

you can see that the likes of Chelsea and Man Utd have some idea that throwing money at the game somehow creates success ...but everyone can see otherwise

so... my overall point here is ..don't be complacent and don't think that the success is in the bag

You to have as critical and detailed an eye as anyone ...

We have already had to provide feedback on some things which we already expected to have been there

You get the impression already that IM and SS think that private investors are all an easy push off, so it is about time private investors started pushing and demanding more from their invested money
