@cyberbub.

You're expecting the results to look bad, but you think the market won't try to take the price down...?

Have you been under a rock for the last 3 years?

MM's now taking BIRD more seriously.
Over 1 million shares to buy OR sell with only a 2% spread.
They have stocked up and are expecting trade.
Results might drop the quote .5p or so...temporarily imo.

Honeycutt was just a NED , and merely provided advise from time to time ..... mostly on Enterprise side and US opportunities I suspect ..

Now have a Senior NED to seek advice on current Elevate marketing and scaling and overall video industry direction ....so... a good step up for current needs - IMO

Honeycutt could now be a big winner if he considers the future to be positive, as he will be free to trade as he wishes.

So dropping out at this point is not necessarily a bad choice for a non-ex impo.

The results tomorrow are unlikely to be anything very positive in themselves - I think Mr Market knows that and shouldn't mark the share price down any further. The key will be the narrative about Elevate, they are more or less obliged to give an update after months of radio silence. Confirmation that Elevate is on track to launch this month (or no later than April) and a positive update on the user testing, should see decent buying hopefully, sigh

I reckon J Honeycutt was always about helping guiding the BOD towards launch. Job done now? Hopefully.

Honeycutt exiting before launch. A vote of confidence 💪💪

Not.

“She may be one of the BoD who they say will buy as soon as the closed period ends tomorrow.”

They haven’t suggested directors will purchase in addition to the placing, right? It was just the timing of IM and others subscription to the placing - has to go through once closed period has ended.

That said, hopefully some do buy! Little excuse not to at this price!

i read in one of her bios that she's an Angel Investor ... thus she is the type to invest in small tech companies, so hopefully she will send a good signal by buying a chunk of us!

Well, with the share price down here and the potential ahead, now is as good a time as any for her to dip her toes in and get on board ....and I suspect a token purchase is likely, if nothing more

I think the AIM Rules simply require the number of shares a director holds. Later ourchases or sales get notified and the total is amended. In this case she was not a director but once appointed she is within the closed period and cannot buy. She may be one of the BoD who they say will buy as soon as the clsed period ends tomorrow.

I doubt it if it was before hand. However next time she buys they will.

@cabi, don't they have to disclose in the RNS whether she holds any shares in the company?

So we now have an audit committee chair.

I see that as a big positive!

I've just purchased more shares.
