i thought they had some issues?

their financials are no big deal as it was an RNS Reach.

So £50k p.a. is my view.

We would need 40 such deals to break even.

Has anybody looked at the financials published about Eleven Sports and its backers and if so what did you think?

Anybody looked at the financials behind 11 Sports and, if so, what was the conclusion?

i think the closely held mantra has been overplayed.

might have been true a few years back - but they have diluted the shares nearly 100% since then.

we have 330m in issue now.

not everyone will be wanting to keep holding 5 years later.

Question, what happens if blackbird shares don’t have enough fluid shares to trade and more start to buy and sit medium long term?
Does it force the price up or start to choke the share price gains

NickB. Agreed regards risk. I honestly think at these levels it’s a no brainer, and yes I don’t think they are bullsh*ting about their current pipeline.

As I say I just can’t see major video enterprise companies being able to Avoid us we have a compelling offering in the Cloud.

And I believe them when they say they are talking with large companies around the globe, yes around the globe not just the US

As I keep saying they all have the same problems

+ I have never seen a more committed CEO with skin in the game

“The Company has a strong pipeline with multiple ongoing discussions with large companies around the globe.”

I believe there’s plenty more to come, and I’ll keep buying as funds become available. IMHO.

NickB. I think so. On paper the Bird is now looking like a proper investment. Always been high risk before, but now with the likes of Bloomberg signing 5 year deals, it’s finally looking good. There aren’t many firms on AIM like the Bird. Huge potential now, and still a possible takeover target. IMHO.

Hard to tell. 20pish is a quick 50 per cent gain.

We do know about 30m aren't in the hands of the board or Miton.

Yep

Clear the fog from the fund raise then another UKREG of the quality of Bloomberg and we will have 24p

Certainly possible by y/e - end of Jan/Feb if not?

NickB. Yes, main chunk done.

The second tranche of the Placing, to raise a total £1,486,151.38 by the issue of 10,615,367 Ordinary Shares (being the Second Placing Shares) at the Placing Price, is conditional upon, inter alia, the passing of the resolution to be put to shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting.

NickB. Correct.

The first tranche of the Placing, to raise a total of £4,051,253.64 by the issue of 28,937,526 Ordinary Shares (being the First Placing Shares) at the Placing Price, has been carried out within the Company's existing share allotment authorities. Application has been made for the First Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission (First Admission) will take place on 4 December 2019.
