Would be even more useful if they could hyperlink "made with elevate.io" i.e. make it a clickable object within the video. Much like link boxes often seen towards the ends of YouTube videos. |
1CS “4.59p paid for 215k”
It’s taking a while to print. I suspect there’s a big sell print on the way to counter it and the almost 1 million other buys so far. |
To be able to clip and share from longer videos to moments is great |
Orte
Well said
I’m glad they changed plan on the free version having our branding |
SSB 😀 |
Example, this is mine just clipping the price bit from the video.
So easy.
We are going to be loaded..!!!!
No advice

This is the RNS video distributed to "THE PLAYER"
You can clip share direct bits you like direct from the player.
Link below:
Give it a spin. Fiddle with the clip in and out bit. |
Also the fact it's a percentage discount means that it will rise if the package becomes more expensive, but not a problem if you are using it as part of your work..
I doubt anyone taking the 50% discount will ever dump elevate.io in a hurry, as the discount only applies the first time you subscribe.. |
4.59p paid for 215k.
Expect a slow ticking up in information going into SXSW. Though even if they leave it for the show I'm comfortable that the company are finally delivering. We wanted a paid version, had to wait longer than expected, it is here.
Have tested upon tests but nothing like for real to ensure works properly and to a standard to retain paid users. Have promised more features and fully expect those to roll in alongside starting to get more information on user numbers, both free and paying.
The company wanted a product they could monetise the technology built up over decades without non-disclosure agreements. Well sink or swim, I'm all in.
Best of luck all, see you at the next AGM. |
A couple of things I picked up.
The lifetime discount only applies to this initial Creator level, unless they introduce additional levels before 11th March as it excludes plan changes.
The flat model of pricing across currencies (£/$/€) suggests the payment portal is ready to go globally, albeit slightly penalising the GBP users.
The video RNSs they’re releasing are improving immeasurably. Some nice graphics summarising the spoken parts, though some screens could have been held just a tad longer to allow full digestion of what was being said. |
"50% lifetime discount"
surprising to see that ....I was expecting 6 month or 12 month discount...suggest maybe that at present ..they dont have that many users who are using it regularly .. a fair bit of churn or just very casual users...
I think there was also an anticipation that there were certain new features were ready in the background to add as the Pay Level came into action
They must certainly think they owe the main testers/feedback contributors an awful lot for what they have provided so far
I suspect some users would prefer to pay for certain features as and when they use them, rather than have them packaged and paid for every month in a price level |
I would love to see the seller sod off over next few days, and then an announcement of a big player buyer completing order. |
That's just your perspective.
:-) |
Nick only posts facts :D Except those ones that haven't actually happened |
"bonio
That is just your perspective."
of course it is - why would it be anything else? |
Pat - I always thinks it makes sense to tease what you are doing. It keeps users engaged.
I don't get the point in hiding things like that.
Unless proven otherwise, my assumption is that it is not a short term release. |
Still can't sell many despite all the buying... The seller is clearly still there... But the significantly increased buying will take them out sooner... They can only sell once! |
bonio That is just your perspective.
Re collaboration True Collaboration is really for Teams and is absolutely a selling point
Free and Creator less so which is why it’s basic |
4.59 offered. |
IM exciting two weeks and true to his word.Payment gateway open in time for SXSW.Opening lifetime discount for the Beta Testers and those who have followed the story. Lovely touch and also clever.Blackbird and Elevate delivering on timeline promises consistently since Sumit Rai been at the Helm. Where others flounder Elevate.io keeps delivering and will continue to do so. Congratulations, team, absolutely superb. |
Bonio - they told us, for instance, at the AGM in Jun-24 they were working on audio editing and further colour features, so I think they must have some in the background. Pretty confident there'll be more to come soon, and it absolutely makes sense to reveal that closer to a major event. For now they can massively undercut Sequence, in case they start trying to pick up initial customers. |
Between 24/09/2024 and 20/11/2024 BIRD added 30K of users. we haven't got a current figure for the free users but by SXSW in March they will have a months worth of paying users signed up. If they are good they will likely publish them.
NickB The numbers are as you say huge and even at £15 average price per user the initial target of 1M users would produce £90M a year of sales revenue say £63M profit or over 16p a share which puts the current share price in context. Allenby thought the average sales revenue per customer woul be in the mid £30s so if correct they are expecting £126M in profit |
Bonio they're not - they've just confirmed by their launch that they believe/know that users will pay for 500Gb storage, 2 users and removal of the branding - plus the promise of some extra features soon.I imagine the further market research will be to understand how much 'Pro' or 'Enterprise' users will pay for additional tiers and what features they will pay for? |
