This is one of the problems with democracies. If only we could have common consensus between political parties on long term projects. We would be in a far better position as a nation. Instead we just see alternative politicians undoing each others work on election and we get nowhere.

In the West we think in short periods of time. Even the longest plan rarely goes beyond 10 years. BIRD is like a plant that so far has taken 24 years but now it is on the point of blooming.

I imagine they wouldn’t be allowed to sell or buy due to insider information on the buyer however the buyer would need to declare at some point |

A rule stipulated by the the purchaser of the 10% in the form of an agreement.
Or maybe markets rules that if they are aware of information which will add value to the stock they could hold on the release of such information in an RNS and make gain from it, then they maybe have to release the stock that may gain from such a transaction. But I don't know that, just guessing something would be in place. |

Your scenario does not make sense to me.
There is no reason why Miton would be unable to sell the remaining 5% in the market after doing an agreed deal for 10% with another buyer.
What rule would they be breaking? |
