HCBF TO ALL THOSE WHO CELEBRATE |
Imo there are still at least two months to go before we get the any indication of actual revenue from elevate.
In the meantime, any indications of a marketing campaign, SXSW news, new features etc. should start to lift the share price
However, this could well go lower, first. The chart suggests to me that we might hit another 3.5p bottom followed by a steep recovery.
It will all be worth it come summer. Notwithstanding some dire catastrophe, we should see 36p before September. After that £££s not pence. |
Absolutely salmon9.
Although I'd rather have 3x millions than 1x millions.
We are where we are and going where we're going. Will the train build steam and momentum, will the fire go out or will it be shunted off onto someone else's track. Who will stay on the train, who will get off the train and when will they get off the train, before or after the sunny uplands?
So many questions, so few answers.

HB Nice
Well done on the time

Good stuff HB. All helps to take out the seller - and will hopefully be a great buy in its own right, in due course. |
HB.
Nice. |
Once elevate has a head of steam, this seller's current actions won't be relevant to the share price. I know we would all have preferred to buy in at this current price, but if the share price goes to where we think it will go, it won't really matter whether we bought in at 5p or 15p. To buy at the bottom and sell at the top is simply a dream in my experience! |
Bought 100k shares at 4.65p. Not showing yet. |
I can buy some more next month then!
I’m betting they will eventually run out of shares to sell, let’s hope Mr. Gervais is still backing us because he controls a lot |
Nice NickB.
Unfortunately I think this keeps going lower as the seller obviously wants out, and without news there’s not enough buying to clear offer out . |
History is interesting with investing here.
Stephen can tell you the history of video editing technology
Sumit can
I can
Probably back 20-30 years for each of us
That sure helps us see the future I reckon |
concentrate I face the direction of travel while acknowledging where I am today because of my history |
history shows us that we shouldn't look back at history?
My mind is blown. |
Although looking at the past can be seen as a negative to some, history shows us that almost all successful ventures have been driven by people who only care to look forward, who can visualise what the masses miss. |
Cabi
Well I picked up 25k couldn’t stretch to another million. |
NickB In our case there is nothing wrong with an unfair advantage!! |
Well offered at 4.65
I bet you could buy a million up to 4.75 |
SSB,
Good luck buying a million.
I don't see the point in saying this all the time. |
Salmon
Yes we have an
Unfair Advantage |
Another thing to bear in mind is that we, as opposed to new investors, have been studying Blackbird so intensely, and in such detail, that we know alot about the key staff involved in Blackbird/elevate, and the company's proven capabilities in delivering reliably performing products.
The genius of SSB, the determination of IM to find a successful way forward, the deep knowledge and experience of SR. We therefore have alot of extra key information to take into account when predicting the future for elevate.
We also know more about how elevate's technology compares with competitors in the same marketplace. We can perform a well informed SWAT analysis.
We also know the opinions of a number of experienced commentators on this thread. So, effectively we know alot more valuable background information than a new investor could possibly comprehend. IMHO |
Salmon
Yes it has to be seen as a start up
20 years investors say no chance and for most companies that makes sense.
However another way of looking at it is 20 years of continuous tech development means barriers to entry are very difficult in what is a very difficult product to bring to market |
Dean
That’s a fair point.
Not sure who the rivals are though. |
