Adobe will be seeing elevate as a reference to compete with in their web browser editor development problem. |
Good to see Nick Lisher getting busy on LinkedIn.
Do you work in a team that creates video for promo / ad or comms purposes? Are you finding that you never have enough video editing resource? Do you find that the tools you use are either too advanced and weighty (Resolve / Premiere) or too basic and toy-like? Would you like a streamlined place to store, access and then collaboratively edit video material in the cloud, on a browser, ludicrously quickly? If so - either comment here or DM me. I'm looking for guinea pigs 🐹🐹🐹 |
Adobe will be concerned by elevate's existence because they are on a path that is very difficult for Adobe to follow. What if once successfully launched SR decides to up further the quality offered by the top tier offering? |
Even curious is good, as it’s got their attention.
If it’s got their attention it means it’s got others, which means the word is spreading |
His brother is very high profile speaker in the editing community I think he is at a big video production event in LA tonight
Of course they could be just curious What it does say is we have been noticed
Love to know Adobe’s senior management thoughts |
NickB.
Could definitely be some sort of partnership.
Great people to get in bed with, to get your name out there. |
Hyper Indeed
Ian said interesting few weeks ahead |
It would be cool if the add-ons function is fully available with the payment gateway at time of full launch. So people can add-on 12 labs, Strada etc Being able to use these tools and other 3rd party add-ons from within elevate.io will be amazing. Do others do this? |
Cabi Interesting indeed
I have mentioned them before on this thread they have made some interesting videos about their startup journey from about the same time as we started.
They do need an editor so partnership or competitor
I’m very sure elevate is being tested out by some interesting names/ companies over in the US
It’s very easy if you know this subject to use elevate now and project it’s future path, I’m sure Adobe will have had a meeting about elevate
Partnership via Plug-ins enable other parties to come on board and the more they come on board the more powerful our platform becomes which brings even more companies on board
Anyway let’s see if his brother joins in as he is the lead voice of Strada |
Strada Pricing, headline features
Free 30 credits to spend on up to 3 hours of logging or transcription or a combination
$20 per month 200 credits to spend as above
$60 per month Up to 72 hours of credits to spend as above |
In the article about Strada, Cioni says,”Michael Cioni emphasizes that Strada isn’t looking to offer tools for editing, color grading or the like, assuming that those pros will continue to use their existing tools for this work.” |

Thanks Pat |
The Discord link on desktop works, but you're right, the mobile one goes to X. |
How do I view elevate.io on discord? The discord link on bottom of elevate.io webpages just takes me to X. Thanks |
All aboard last opportunity to get you sub 5p shares. |
Maybe a joint venture.
Either way it’s very exciting to see we are on the radar. |
The Cionis are involved in video: Michael Cioni is the founder of Hollywood post house Light Iron and led tech innovations at Panavision and most recently Adobe through the development of the Frame.io cloud platform. |
The Strada webpage is very similar in look to Elevate |
Cabi, great find! Hopefully it shows that the word is spreading... And Cioni seems interested in productions tools and AI and also to have an entrepreneurial streak... Although I don't think he could afford to buy us at the moment LOL... But he's likely to understand our tech and he might start buying a few at our lowly valuation??https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/digital/michael-peter-cioni-ai-production-tools-startup-strada-1235580867/ |
