Core users have the benefit for BIRD of paying more than the basic entry price. NickB said above that the software he used was seriously good so if they can get enough of that in the top end paying product they will become a go to choice. Ease of use, speed and quality of output will do its own marketing. |
With the marketing , I think Nick will be a good consultant to ensure the spend is targeted correctly.....very easy to just waft such spend like throwing out seed but not focus it enough on exactly where it is best needed...
Even having a "vast opportunity" still needs initial discipline and focus - IMO
Initially I think they must stay focused on attracting the low hanging fruit of core team users from core areas ...the rest will come later IMO |
" Microsoft is in talks to acquire TikTok, Trump claims " |
On the back of your post yesterday, I have given it some thought. I think you may get your wish soon. It's would make sense to have another little marketing push to get to 100k sign ups milestone as part of a multi-faceted GTM launch. It has a nice round number to it, good for further promotional and marketing campaigns whilst building momentum for SXSW. |
Some amazing posts yesterday evening which see straight through the mist.
I feel an analogy is that it's opening night......the play is soon to commence as the curtain rises and elevate steps out of the shadows and onto the stage.
Blackbird has some amazing people who have developed a superb unique product, with a massive market potential, and I feel confident that they also have the necessary key individuals to deliver success. Here's hoping for a standing ovation! |
4.93 offered. |
A friend of mine told him to sell his nvidia and buy bird :) |
Just been editing a fast dance music video, super frame precision required 2 hrs into the session I remember that I’m doing this in a web browser 😀
Felt like a desktop app and smoother than Adobe
Seriously good, really enjoyable to use
Add a few pro features and we could be going upmarket!
When people talk about our Cloud competitors they don’t realise what a precision tool elevate is |
Understanding GTM
From above "Moreover, Gartner’s 2023 report highlights that companies investing in robust GTM strategies are 60% more likely to achieve their revenue goals within the first year of product launch compared to those without a structured GTM approach . This statistic underscores the critical importance of GTM in driving business success in today’s competitive landscape." |
NickB
Exactly. It's fact, we are under valued, but we are also superior, the world will find this out in the next few months. Will we impact the share price of Adobe? |
Great point. |
Something I saw on the internet
‘ NVIDIA just lost $500B+ in market cap!(today)
All because a $6M Chinese AI startup just achieved what Silicon Valley claimed was impossible.😎’
Shows the power of a small tech company 😀 |
"In Sumit, and Nick, we trust."
They are very good communicators and both of them do seem on the ball.....and....they also give the impression that they know about the pitfalls and wrong turnings and poor decisions that can be made and how to avoid them and that I think is as vital as thinking that you know what you are doing....
yes..things are changing fast...look at DEEPSEEK .. a fox has just invaded the comfy AI chicken house and is causing quite a stir |
SSB I was checking you, I know you’re the rock solid investor in Bird and so do I. I have bought around 600k since last month. It’s still very tempting I am thinking of buying more! I hope today’s Tech crash doesn’t spoil our hopes. Looking forward to Q1 launch 🤞🤞129310; I started dreaming £££££ Bird got wings now and could fly anytime . |
Nick Yehaaw,
I am Pretty sure it is a give me G, still not sure how anyone can be that blinkered to not see it?
I have no idea how I see it, but I do.
No advice

SSB I’m confused what am I supposed to know? |
Nick we know.
What was that comment from Lovebird about me not adding or buying?
I think the bot needs to look back and research my ads?
MY Last add advertised was 180007 at 5.9p
Were more after AGM, did post at the time.
What is this world coming to.
I am a private investor who believes.

Absolutely. I’m sure there will be a plan but no plan survives first contact with the enemy. We need people with experience, who have done it before and are quick on their feet, and guess what…
In Sumit, and Nick, we trust. |
CapCut users wouldn’t have been much of an initial target but that’s suddenly changed for two reasons
1. It briefly closed down! And its future is uncertain.
2. It seems to have changed its business model and is charging for more of its features at a higher price.
Also Adobe is pushing up prices
Scenery has closed
It’s a Very dynamic market |
i noticed those words too Pokerchips2
however i agree to a large extent with what NickB said ..
the internet and most especially right now, the social media space is fast changing, meaning that previous use cases of scaling up rapidly cannot be relied on.
obviously they need to have the ideas already but there is no knowing what will get massive traction in advance. witness the disaster of Bud Light using a particular very famous influencer as an example of getting it badly wrong.
some influencers may really work out well for us and the reason why may never be known, we will just have to run with what works. also things like google adwords/youtube ads are easy to work with however they may not be as useful as many suggest they are ... only by live testing and getting paying subscribers do you find out.
i'm sure they are well aware of their options and are doubtless in touch with prospects too ... but until you press the go button results are unknown. |
Not sure they can you identify before launch, a feedback mechanism is needed so you can adjust the levers.
I’m sure Nick is highly skilled at this and Ian will know how to make budgeting decisions on resource allocation. |
Hmm no big sell trade? |
"The Go To Market implementation will identify the growth levers to get elevate.io widely distributed"
the wording of that within the RNS suggested to me, that they as yet do not know what those growth levers are (i.e. will identify)
I would have preferred at this stage and timescale to have seen the wording "has identified" |
