She’s Communications, Customer Success and Marketing. Investor relations is one thread of Communications. She’s not there to hold the hand of a few PIs who can’t be bothered to do their research by constantly “reinforcing messages” and letting them (and competitors) know what’s happening on a day to day basis. If you listen to what the company tells you on each investor call then you’ll know what they’re doing - they basically gave you the entire strategy at the last AGM. |

You would think from that interview he was another Emery Wells who sold his company Frame.io for a billion dollars, when in reality he’s done f all yet.
Once again that interview should have been saved for when he’s made a success of elevate, which hopefully he does. |

ssb The question is what would those who did buy today have done if they had known of the sale? Would they have held off waiting for the MM to lower the offer price? If the answer is yes the MM has created a disfunctional market by witholding information from investors. There are enough imperfections in the knowledge we have without brokers adding to it. It is of course possible that they would have purchased shares anyway but more or less in quantiy and in price?
So far as I can see only the seller and the MM stand to make any gain out of late notification. |
