Yes agree, if NEDS had bought in, the market would be so much more comfortable.
It then allows private investors to start making assumptions on - why not?

I don't think she changed her mind or was telling porkies.
I think she very very naively thought, when asked, "will the NEDs be buying shares", that the person meant: "I want the NEDs to be incentivised, will you be receiving share options".
Of course, what us investors wanted to know was "you've just joined a company that is promising big things. Do YOU believe in it enough to invest your own capital".
The answer was "No" (which is fine, she may not be a big risk taker), but she said "Yes" and then didn't buy. |

Re Anne's lack of share purchases
Often there are people trying to explain it away by/hint at "oh there must be some big secret deal stopping them"
Doesn't work as a reason as IM & SW bought shares on 17/9.
She has had opportunity galore, but she has chosen not to. |

They normally bed & isa at the lowest point of the spread to get the max out of your tax free allowance.
Plus we were 4.769 offered at the time, so no way they would bed & isa at that price. |
