Re Anne's lack of share purchases
Often there are people trying to explain it away by/hint at "oh there must be some big secret deal stopping them"
Doesn't work as a reason as IM & SW bought shares on 17/9.
She has had opportunity galore, but she has chosen not to. |

It is a question that can be asked in the next Investor Meets. However, that may or may not be something anyone will be concerned with by then. |

They were all outright buys, that’s why they moved offer up.
They normally bed & isa at the lowest point of the spread to get the max out of your tax free allowance.
Plus we were 4.769 offered at the time, so no way they would bed & isa at that price. |

She seemed pretty switched on, but the buying comment was an absolute howler.
So bad that the company should have given her an 'unconnected' £50k bonus to go buy some shares, just to save face.
I fully understand not wanting to invest in a company that you're working in (if you're risk adverse, you don't want your investments connected to your employment income), but to tell investors you're going to invest and then not is very poor IMO. |
I’d suggest not. The stock available from most MM’s and their price has changed. I’d suggest they were all buys. |

I did ask the question at the last investor meeting and Anne indicated that yes they would buy but they didn’t.

I’d like to see Anne, Youri and Nick buying stock down here, in the market.
Would boost investors confidence.
IM really needs to be doing all he can to get stock price up, ahead of any funding, which I’m sure they are going to need in the next 6 months. |
