I'm very impressed with elevate.io support.
I sent them a small clip from my field camera which kept failing to be uploaded into elevate.
Got an answer by return saying they had identified the problem (something to do with there being two video streams (one 1080p and one 180p) and they would add a new filter to catch this.
They fixed it within hours.
