A lot of the discussion is about finding firms that offer green, energy light tech. Also seems to be some discussion about finding local companies with local talent! |

A US listing would be helpful, however, achieving a Nasdaq listing is an arduous and expensive process.
LSE AIM is not the favourite exchange but it does still work and will do for the immediate future.
Of course, no listing required if taken over! |
Agreed a dual listing would be ideal |
I think that moving the listing exclusively to NASDAQ also has some very adverse effects. They may need to maintain AIM as a dual listing to avoid this. |

In my SIPP, if I wish to transfer delisted stock, I have to get it officially valued (I assume for tax reasons), apparently this can be complex and I would have to cover the costs. I would also have to pay additional admin fees for any transaction. I'm not told the exact costs. I may find out if I can extract the shares from the sipp in certificated form before delisting, but I assume that could be complex. Will let you know if I receive additional info. |
What are those costs out of interest Hyper Al? Not that I'm expecting Bird to delist, that would be foolish IMO. But I'm just generally interested as I hold a delisted stock in my ISA, and am not aware of any extra costs? |
NO delisting please. I have some DGI and have discovered hidden costs holding what becomes an unlisted stock within a SIPP. |

SSB you've been here a long time and know a lot about BIRD, but as many people have pointed out I don't think your charts have been right once! (Of course the old saying about stopped clocks being right twice a day etc...). Honestly I would give the charts a rest. |

So far elevate.io is on the track set out by SR. One impressive achievement that is rarely if ever mentioned is the downtime or rather almost total lack of it since the free version was released. From memory they had a small glitch on one small aspect of service that has not recurred. Otherwise like the last week its 100% up for all services. |
