11/8/2014 10:50 | Thanks; a very good long term value hold imo. | philo124
11/8/2014 09:56 | Yes, we seem to be stuck in the 450-500 range at the moment don't we? Mind you - with a NAV of 519 or thereabouts it will only take a change in sentiment to see that range broken to the upside. The constant slow purchase of shares by the Trust is also a positive move for us, so all in all - i'm still here waiting patiently :-) It'll only take a good couple of trial results or a drug launch to see this be much more positive. 30/7/2014 10:13 | Biggest discount to NAV I can remember. | philo124
14/7/2014 15:37 | Stated policy is to purchase own shares such that the discount to NAV is no wider than 6%. | philo124

16/6/2014 15:16 | Softly Softly she creeps up the chart. Still holding and still confident in the long term. looks like a few duffers got shaken out in the recent slump, but the potential in this space for a fund like BIOG is huge. | affemoose
06/6/2014 09:12 | Topped up by 150%. | philo124
05/6/2014 19:41 | Just reading Annual Report and Accounts- impressed. "Your Board believes that the long term investor in the biotechnology sector will continue to be well rewarded." fwiw, I agree. | philo124
23/5/2014 16:36 | soon to recover. | philo124
22/4/2014 16:09 | Hopefully off to infinity and beyond. | philo124

12/4/2014 13:04 | Lately THE BIOTECH GROWTH TRUST PLC was buying their own stock at 418p a share. | urgentclick
11/4/2014 20:45 | That is some bottom. | philo124
10/4/2014 20:25 | Another Biotech rout in the USA today, down between 5-6%. | ashbox
10/4/2014 13:26 | Looks good to me: downside recently around 409p (I picked up 1000 at that price point) and upside 550p not long ago. And the NAV comfortably exceeding the share price. | urgentclick
09/4/2014 21:13 | I'm also looking to get back in but not sure of an entry price either. Probably £4 if it drops that low but it's difficult to predict without doing a lot of research on the top stocks in the fund. | ashbox
09/4/2014 17:09 | Yes, biotech in general down so have to presume it's just reflecting wider market concerns. If so, then should be good 15% min upside for Biotech Growth - no reason for the drop other than standard market shenanigans! | albany30
09/4/2014 12:22 | I cannot fathom the reasons for this crash, BG had been a steady, dependable riser in my SIPP for a year now. Certainly a buying opportunity but there must be some leaks from within the company for this drop surely?Any ideas? Am loathe to put money in until we know what the bottom is. | albany30
08/4/2014 13:55 | And now back up to 440p, roller coaster | bigwilly1986
08/4/2014 12:36 | I'm in at these levels | richtea1701 |
