The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 3 April 2017 at 15:00 under RNS No 4049B:

"Ordinary $0.01 shares" not "Ordinary $1.00 shares".

This was also incorrect in the following announcements: RNS No 7414A, RNS No 7415A, RNS No 7420A, RNS No 8749A, RNS No 0439B, RNS No 1995B, RNS No 2073B, RNS No 7065B, RNS No 7191B.

All other details remain unchanged.
