I'm wary whenever that name John Story crops up - where he's involved it doeesn't seem to end well for shareholders. But there are also quite a few director buys recently. What do you think? Could this be a good play or is it likely to end up in tears? The appointment of a joint broker sometimes means that a company is preparing a rights issue.

Simple answer. They have pumped $45m of debt and equity into it since 13/20/21 when the mining plan said $9m was quite enough and that was signed off by Adam and Co. So $36m extra which means they are losing a pile.

I contacted the West Virginia State Capitol. Note the spelling. BEN refer to it as the State Capital. Now, if you were actually going there you would know how it is spelt.

Anyway, there is no record of any award presentation for BEN and the dept has no record of meeting Adam or Mohammed. Moreover, only three staff are recorded as being employed by BEN. Not 50. There is no evidence of any recruitment and the email address for supposed recruitment circulated on Telegram is false.

Can anybody find anybody who actually claims to be employed by BEN? No. Me neither.

Sirmark. Your return to 40p pre Xmas is looking a bit unlikely. Didn’t Adam say Interims would be out in November? Did not happen. As always, those Roast interviews are simply there to try to get idiots to buy more when no data is being released in proper channels like RNSs. Any of you lot fall for it? Of course you did. Bless.

Bennyboy. Of course it was silly. Just as silly as your £1 a share idea. With 400m plus shares that makes a market cap north of £400m. That needs net profits of £60m per annum to support when BEN is losing money at record coal prices.

Message to the believers.

Just ask yourself this question. Why on earth would Adam and BEN need that webinar last night when there are Interims coming up when proper checked data could be presented along with proper disclosure of trading update and prospects? It was a simple rehash of all the rubbish he has been spouting for the last year and that he has completely failed to deliver down to the same dividend idea and million tons a year.

Clearly they had a reason to go to the effort. I did love the reason why they could not answer more questions which was that they had to go to an award ceremony with two Senators. However much i looked I could not find one.

Now, I hope for your sakes that I am wrong about this but I smell a placing. And I have been spot on so far. The webinar was completely out of place hence they needed it.

Bennyboy. Very droll. I was here when it was 108p saying it was far too high. Now it has spiked to 26.8p after another ramping interview. No surprise there. Clearly being sold into. You will see.

Sirmark. How on earth are dividends going to be paid?

They need retained profits to pay dividends and there are none. Only losses.
Plus they have the $18m of CLNs plus interest to repay in cash as they are underwater, £7.3m of MBU debt to repay, who knows that other creditors plus financing deals of $6.1m hidden away. That totals $37m of creditors to deal with plus another $23m dividend if they pay 5p per share. Are they really going to clear $60m cash in the next six months when they are “hoping” to have a second HWMer in 2023?

Good luck with that. My view is that webincarcrash last night was to try to get a placing away before the horror of the interims. But we will see.
The really staggering disclosure last night was that they did not mine for five or six weeks as they moved the Highwall miner to the new permit. That should have been RNSd as they previously had stated output would be at lease 40k clean per month rising to 80k by end of year. Massive hole in cashflow.

Good start as we return back to 40p pre Christmas is my estimate and a move to dividends just six months after !!! Cracking stick imo and could certainly x5 next year

As I was kept from eating whilst attending waffledom circus, I presented at the seafood outlet for a chippy tea.


Elvis was there, all chipper but angry that a K Hornsby had emptied his bathroom cabinet of barbiturates and stolen his fetching blonde hair dye.


He asked if I was still friends with Ben. I told him Adam had compromised the relationship and displayed the trust factor rating of a Honda hair dryer made in North Korea.

Interesting that Adam was saying first dividend June 23. That is only seven months away. First the accumulated losses need clearing, then the $12m CLN debts need repaying as they become due, etc etc etc. do you really think there is any chance? Let’s see when the interims come out. Cannot wait to see the figures.

Mr GF Duck I thought so but there was so much genuinely good news that shows Purchaseatthetop to have been fabricating 99% of what he posts I will have to rewatch. I know they are selling their own HWM that many claim was rusting at a premium and going exclusive with megga and receiving an award for creating 50 more jobs and megga giving them a discount so I guess yes..lol I presume megga may be a local company...and they do not use Linkedin lol

Just a hobby Seagreen. That’s the way it is. So….the second Highwall machine in expected next year. It was expected in April 21. Then June. then July. Then September, then last quarter. Now next year. Adam really delivers.
