29/9/2022 10:43 | No wonder no one respects this loser ...best just to ignore him "purchaseathetop24 Sep '22 - 13:45 - 9087 of 9093 0 3 1 I have to reiterate that IMO this is an opportunity not to be missed. Well worth a punt at this price. Could be life changing like my other major holdings in ENET, AGL and BUSHVELD. I am down about 200K right now. 🤣🤣 | pattsaloser

29/9/2022 10:29 | I took my Rose tinted specs off months so when I bailed out in the 90's having piled in at 19p. I have to admit that PATT can be an irritant in the way he communicated, but he most definitely was able to see the 'wood for the trees' when it came to dissecting the RNS's. My understanding of how and why the HWM should be utilised was greater for his contribution. The 18th Oct is not far away when all those locked in from the IPO can sell their 10p shares. It will be interesting to see what impact this may have and I am on the sidelines with cash to hand. GLA | tburns
29/9/2022 09:34 | Now a week since the permit approval and no update on the second Megahighwall HWMer. Note the wording used on the permit RNS on 22/9/22: “Will allow now Bens Creek to redeploy a second Highwall miner that is to be operated by the company’s Highwall mining contractor” 18/1/22 RNS on purchase of second Highwall miner: “It is expected that HWM will operate the equipment being acquired” Ipso facto any new HWMer will be the repaired purchased HWMer. Not Megahighwall. If and when the purchased HWMer is repaired. Just my view of course. | purchaseatthetop
28/9/2022 14:47 | Every cent helps. Correct. Helps Adam pay himself $1.6m between 18/10/21 and 31/3/22. Who’s the idiot? Huge bonus for mining coal? I thought that this was a coal mine. The whole point I thought. | purchaseatthetop
28/9/2022 14:38 | Met coal price up over 2.65% in a bear market just like those clever clogs seagreen and Adam tried to explain to that resident idiot that it would happen in Q4 Hang on to your coat tails every cent helps | allotment

28/9/2022 12:12 | The real tragedy here is that Adam and Co did not actually follow their admission document mining plan and properly open the mine as a self mined underground mining project. By now they should be churning out 35k clean tons month in month out at a good low price. It would be a monster cash cow and a really good business. What they actually did is subcontract the whole thing and decided on Highwall mining because it was quick and easy. The problem is that Highwall mining should only be used after contour bench or open pit mining has been completed as the miner then has a flat, secure and 20m wide pad to use the Highwall on to then dig the cuts into the exposed seam. BEN has to move 50,000 tons of rock and overburden to mine 40,000 tons of clean coal and then replace the 50,000 tons to repair what they have done. This is enormous and difficult work. I pointed this out repeatedly early on and now finally Adam has stated that this is the problem. Well, of course it bloody is. That was obvious straight away. So, BEN has now spent $38m pursuing completely the wrong mining strategy because the BoD are completely incompetent. So, for investors who did not read up on Highwall mining it is a tragedy as well. I am in my ambulance at Charing Cross Hospital but if you want to see the chaos that follows Mohammed Iqbal then take a look at MBU Bidco Ltd and its purchase of the Union Bank of Nigeria. Or rather the hugely advertised purchase and then the inevitable complete failure and failure to lodge accounts and then strike off attempts of MBU Bidco Ltd. If you are interested. | purchaseatthetop
