Right? Last time Biden was not President and he is pro Union. I am simply raising this as something to consider. Let me tell you that should this strike go ahead then BEN is in a cashflow crisis beyond its current cash crisis.

All this chaos that creates opportunity also creates threats. Simple.

The railroads are making record profits and they have cut staffing by 30% in the last three years. There is a potential high stakes poker game going on with BEN in the middle. As yourself, what would happen if no deliveries left for two months because of even one weeks strike action?

By the way. The threat of a freight rail strike that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago is now a real serious live issue. The first US National rail strike could start NEXT WEEK. Really. Not joking. I cannot post links as I am in Italy but Google Sept 16 national rail strike.

Looks like the Russian army is collapsing as the Ukrainians have now cut it into three parts with one quarter cut off in Kherson, one quarter now cut off in Izyum (after Kupyansk taken this afternoon) and one half spread out and uncontrolled. The Ukrainians clearly with US advice and support are running rings round them.

If Russia folds which is now a distinct chance, what will be impact be on coal and other energy prices when the fighting stops? Something to think about.

Ok. So Seagreen thinks it is fine for the BoD to take out 20% of the 18/20/21 $9m placing and put it in their pockets in the first five months of operations while raising a further $29m of debt and equity costing $2m per annum in interest alone with almost no cash left in the bank.

Can he be running my remuneration committee please?

Seagreen. The same CEO who had paid himself $1.6m between 18/10/21 and 31/3/22. Goodness knows how much more he has paid himself since. Thank goodness he can raise money this diluting shareholders to pay himself! Well done him.

By the way. You have never commented on the disgraceful level of Director and senior staff enrichment. Do you think it is reasonable for him to be so greedy? Remember he should have been incentivised enough with 30m shares at 5p and 10p.

It was a day trip of choice! Operation Julie source was where everybody got it for years after they were busted in 1977. 18 years old, couple of trips, some shrooms, pretty girl and friends. Remembers wistfully.

Stroke of genius by Adam to fix his coal prices for 8 out of 10 deliveries this year at the bottom of the price slump when he was saying that prices would rise in August. Makes me wonder if he was forced by Integrity to give a huge discount to secure sny trains at all due to BEN failing to keep to the offtake agreement.
