The HSR comments have now been published. Judging from the share price rise on Friday afternoon they were published to subscribers at about 1200hrs and the fall up to then was due to the lack of comment. "The numbers are not that good but we long suffering shareholders knew that anyway" sums it up.

The Hot Stock Rockets comments on the 2017 accounts appear to have been negative so you could well be right.

The trouble with being described as bullish is that you are only a "t" away from being caught out telling porkie pies, as Adam Reynolds knows only too well.

The problem is that there's been a severe lack of news and revenue visibility since the start of the year, too. I would have expected more contact news by now, especially in light of how bullish the company has been for such a long time. It's all good highlighting recurring business from existing customers but these pieces of work could literally be a few grand. The jury's still out.

Looking at the figures I can see now why they didn't pay off the whole of the NWOG loan. It appears as though Adam Reynolds paid the price for not being able to stop Eridge from cashing in their chips and that the split of loan and equity plus his departure is the deal that was reached. It looks very much as though a placing is going to be needed before the end of the summer, let alone before the end of the year.

Steven that should be. And while Adam Reynolds gets a fond farewell in today's rather shocking accounts, poor old departed Steven doesn't.

Shocking in that the net assets were less than £500k at years end and a loss on the year of £4m. Yes, I know, backward looking.... No wonder IPSOS felt they needed to get a grip.

So the link between NWOG and BST hasn't ended with a complete pay off of the "legacy issue" loan. That means the axe still isn't blunt (a reference to previous exchanges here).

In the UKI video the CEO said results end of May so they should be here very soon...here's hoping that they're good as it's not been a good few months for decent news.

I agree I left the show early but I see they were chosen in the Dragons Den. I was impressed with the 2 younger employees. I made the point that their industry is now a "young persons" place and is changing rapidly people like "chimers" probably don't understand what the business is all about !!!!
