£3m is petty cash to IPSOS - for them it's a punt. If they thought it was worth buying, they would have bought the lot.

They also have clients to which they have sold BST so there is also an element of saving face 'cos if they hadn't put up the 3 mil BST would hve gone under and they would have looked stupid.

Really?

The company is still clearly struggling to reach cash flow positive and profitability and I wouldn't invest even at the current market cap, but they've found a sympathetic backer and well done for that.

Will it need further fund raises and investment?

The share price did exactly what I said it would in post 1237 and previous posts.

You're not out the woods yet by any stretch of the imagination, and the placing is at the same price as the previous one.

Don't start celebrating just yet.

credit where it's due indeed, they've answered just about every question with this - funding, big name - the biggest in fact - cornerstone investor, NWOG loan paid off etc.

Credit where it's due. Whilst it was very clear they'd need additional funding, an investment by IPSOS at a substantial premium to the prevailing share price is excellent news for existing shareholders.

Tipped OBT to buy 1t 18.5 for a 37.5 target and it's 12.5p

Big sofa same story down 39%.

Concepta rinse and repeat same story down 30% or so.

And as for shorts if lies help their position they are not afraid to use them.

To be fair, TW and crew bear tips are more often than not bang on the money - it’s on the long side that the record ain’t great.
