Global Nomad - "Looking forward in 2020..."

That is exactly my point. Long term holders invested in these worthless AIM companies are always looking forward because they've never made any money as of today.

Absolutely no doubt they are BS'ing. But for the benefit of who?.We know from connections that the Chinese and Russians are collaborating with the Israelis where John Taylor has put a big deal together in another AIM stock where multiple 'offshore' operators have taken almost 30% of that company..Why no upfront payments to BIDS where games are showing advertising that are fixed and have not been through auction?.They are hiding massive revenues imo.And we will find out why when they have to show their hand.

2020 will be exactly the same as 2018 and 2019. An army of supporters of the company some paid most just hoping to get their money back will continue to ramp. A handful of people (like me) will continue to warn this is a another Cloudtag.

What's different now as opposed to 2018 and the better part of 2019 is that the entire market is aware the directors have been BShting investors. That is an undeniable fact with the latest profit warning. Bidstack is an in-game advertising company that for the last two years has generated no revenue.

The knock on effect of the profit warning is that the games industry is now fully aware of the dire state of the company and is unlikely to enter into any long term commercial arrangements.

From 2020 onwards the shares will continue to slide from double figures, to single figures then into the sub-penny region. For each level it falls a new wave of supporters will appear unable to believe how cheaply they have bought BIDS shares (same as Cloudtag). BIDS will use the new support levels to sure up its balance sheet with ever lower priced placings.

That will be the story of Bidstack Plc for 2020.

listened to the podcast, there are a lot of problems red flags everywhere JD contradicted him self with a lot of the old podcasts he sounded confused, IMO the biggest BS came across to me was that if he had signed planA deal 2 weeks before Xmas then they would've done the forecasted revenue I mean seriously get life man I have bought and sold bids in the past on hope, hype and made good money but now it is looking bad till some kind of actual jam delivery

I consider JD a very genuine fellow. A little naive and over-excited but wouldn’t you be with 40m shares of this company?

AFFC21 I agree with your summary. One thing missing is the mention of M&A. Found that very very interesting indeed. Thanks to the de-rampers for driving the price down in that respect. I would be gutted to sell out at £XXm.

What’s worse? Raising capital over next 6 months to enjoy the future Business Development benefits or selling now for £XXm as it stands?

Come on JD, don’t bottle it - prove them
wrong and make us some real money! Starting with £10m revenues in 2020 :)

Just listened to the podcast and I have not read all posts but straight away I thought that JD is INEXPERIENCED and really can't explain what has gone wrong here. But I think he is not actually a con-man but is taking advice from his advisors on what not to say literally so is not coming across well !! But I think this is still a great long term investment (better IMHO without JD) I will be increasing my holding once again but I think they may need to have another placing so I am not in a hurry !!!!
