Plan A missed deadline for signing.Followed by TU missed revenue.Same day (Evening?) of TU, Plan B ( Milestone Advertising Trading Agreement) was signed.A lot to take in from the podcast, but that is my take on events.Be interesting if others heard likewise......Reading between the lines - Plan A company deal (if it comes to pass, but still on the table apparently) could be as large a deal as the Plan B company signed deal (Milestone Advertising Trading Agreement).And if the Plan A deal had been signed, it would have been more upfront (large campaign perhaps) and hence possibly explained late reporting of missed revenue ???

Snippets part 2 from podcast (need to listen again to confirm, so please don't take as gospel):*SDK is fully embedded into the gaming environment and reported back all the right Qs that the likes of TTD wanted to see. Which has made it very easy for Agencies to run test spends through us. Which has been building up throughout the year.

Snippets from podcast (need to listen again to confirm, so please don't take as gospel):*Very happy with product team from Riga.*Technology fully operational from end to end, available through TTD (The Trade Desk) via a web based programmatic PMP (Private Market Place) deal.*In test adds, competitors adds were removed in favour of Bidstacks own adds.*Plan A company - deal delayed (missed deadline?) and not cancelled.*Plan B company - as per Milestone Advertising Trading Agreement news.*Real in-game Native Add category fully formed by end of 2020 (Q3/Q4).

Very pleased with the podcast, loads in there, glad I held tight.

On the M and A, wouldn't be surprised if TW was used to weaken our position, so much so that we had to pull out cause we weren't getting close to fair value, for whatever type of deal it was.

On plan A, plan B, seems a plausible explanation for the timeline of events. Plan A still on the table is good. Something up front would be very useful, and also good for the agency as I assume they would get a larger cut overall, of that particular spend. We don't even know what agency, so could be multiple already, or at least soon to be. Plan B seems more like a percentage spilt of the customer spend, as the agency is incentivized along the same lines as bids, to get their customers in there. ie the up to 10m is our cut of the customer spend, in that year, then anything over and above would be renegotiated.

Anyway, very good overall, gotta run, all this on Xmas eve, geez, should've had it out earlier... Merry Christmas all.

To me it sounds like the deal would have been done if Brexit had happened on 31st Oct but was put back because of GE.Now with Brexit agreed for 31st Jan the M&A event is back on imo
