Girdz, certainly nothing to do with raising money. It's an informal get together which we'll all benefit from when we get the news, we'll get a feel for how things are progressing.

Any deal will mean JD&FP will be gone if not already .Some many working on this to make it happen.It's a shame the way the establishment choses to do it but not a lot anybody can do about. Brokers,Nomads,Market makers ,spreadbetting firms and even the board are in the game imo.Just got to watch it unfold.BIDS ain't going to disappear (100%)

Agree that would be a difficult sell based on what we know. .JD and his advisors know a lot more than us though and would have a business plan for 2020 and beyond.

Fund raise from select few will get info before us as JD got to convince them to invest. .

Can't say I like the sort of mentality that this "private meeting".

1. ALL shareholders are entitled to the same information, so why the select few?
(I'm busy this p.m. & couldn't make it anyway, so no sour grapes)

2. If it is of interest to shareholders, why not a T/U?

3. If it is material to shareholders, why not an RNS?

So if all shareholders get equal treatment JD had better not divulge anything
that should be in a T/U or RNS!

So do we get an RNS at 16:30?
That would clear the air...
