Our projections assume 4 games by end December 2018, 42 games by December 2019, and 61 by December 2020.

£5.9 mill forecast for year end 2019 based on 24 games in play by the end of H1 and 42 by the end of H2.

Daily impressions 41 mill H1, 54 mill H2.

Our model assumes an increase in the current headcount from 9 to 19 by December 2018, 27 by December 2019 and 30 by December 2020.

They were on about 50 mid year and still adding more.

We have built our revenue forecast around the following four variables:

(a) Number of titles and available in-game advertising inventory
(b) Percentage of inventory sold to paying customers
(c) Number of impressions
(d) Advertising rates/cost per mille (CPM).

Football manager is the lead game they talk about.

Of too the admission document which I hope all serious investors read and the note

Bidstack successfully launched in Football Manager 18 in June 2018 and its technology is now integrated into four games.

re

SuperG can't you count? They had £6m cash as of end of h1.

???

Please explain. The forecast is for £5.9 mill revenue.

They also said they expect to be negative and believe they will hit £5.9 mill.

What does that tell you re spending when they miss by a mile.

Chess

It's on this thread I'll dig it out for you unless it's be removed from the web etc.

'Our SDK and AdConsole are performing as expected - and our team has high standards.'

Straight from the horse's mouth.

Imagine saying that then saying...sorry all, the technology malfunctioned - revenues are actually a big fat zero.

Everyone, just remember to ask Graham where the massive, huge deals he was proclaiming were imminent for VRS a year ago are? He doesn't like to answer that one!

Then remind him that BIDS will be making many times the revenue VRS will (from their Graphene division) this year. Then check the market caps. Then have a laugh :)

Graham (superg1) - isn't it funny that BIDS will be printing more revenue than VRS this year. May well be a miss, and that's somewhat factored into the share price right now, however it will be far more than VRS are making from their verified™ magic dust that you have ramped to no end and cost some PIs a lot of money.

Oh the irony.

@superG

All regulars on this thread are aware of the numbers, are aware of H1 miss, are aware of what's required in H2.

Your points are one sided and make no mention of what is being seen via FM, makes no mention of potential revenue with Dentsu, makes no mention of the thriving industry in which the company operates.

You only turn up when the share price is tanking. Come visit and give your 'expertise' when the share price is up.

FFS this is and was simple.

Peterhouse stuck out a note making the forecast on 24 games H1 and 42 H2, they have 9, it hasn't changed all year.

Peterhouse gave an example of 25 mill impassion per day which they used. News gave 1 mill per day for Asai for the same area. An area which covers erst 4.5 bill of the planet.

The figures were shared and given in detail repeatedly.

James Draper mocked it, saying all was on track and Iofina not they would have release news.

So if the massive news miss does come it can therefore only follow that many will consider themselves to be the victim of fraud.

Fraud requires the victim to be genuinely deceived, not suspecting it but went along with it to catch them out.

Either some here are genuinely stupid or just f'king about on the thread as if they own shares and are ignoring the obvious.

SuperG can't you count? They had £6m cash as of end of h1.

They also said this 'Generation of first true programmatic revenue following test spends with advertising clients at the end of the period'

Trade Desk is live and the SDK is live, adverts/brands being spotted across multiple countries - so they are generating revenues.

Just had the last day of term and 70 student presentations to watch across the day, couple of beers and then back to BIDS and.....carnage....just gone through all the posts for any insight and nothing has changed except the sentiment....huge volume and trade numbers

lots of red in the portfolio today...the seriousness of this week has perhaps spooked everyone.

not happy with lack of news but still nothing formal to confirm this one way or the other - doubters have no more reason than those being positive.

we need formal news....

As we said in April, for the first half of the year we've not focused on revenue.

The revenue in H1 were test campaigns to ensure all signals coming back from our technology were going to enable us to deal with major advertising agencies.

Again it would have been nice (aka obligatory) to have actually told investors instead of claiming you told them.

Who here if anyone was well aware BIDS had abandoned pursuing revenue in H1 and games.

The answer is no one.

In fact some were posting thinking the line meant H1 would be more than £1.9 mill.

The nomad via a phone call and email refused to explain what the line meant in the April news.

What else did they say

We believe this strategy will result in the business being well placed to meet market expectations for 2019 and will facilitate extensive growth in 2020

Note this one from April

In order to exploit this substantial opportunity, in the short term the Board intends to prioritise investment in technical developments which will place Bidstack in the best possible position to operate at significantly increased scale.

So one saying expect to hit and then that paragraph suggesting will get much bigger

a bit more

These advances coupled with the high levels of interest in Bidstack's business model we are experiencing from games publishers, developers and other leading technology businesses all support the Directors' belief that we have a significant first mover advantage in the provision of dynamic native in-game advertising and that the business will generate highly significant amounts of advertising traffic.

Interim results

During the period we made the strategic decision not to prioritise the acquisition of new games and additional advertising inventory for two reasons.

Well it's a f'king shame (withheld info) they never told the market that, but talked of expecting to hit revenues and accelerate revenue.

"this strategy gave our technical development and product teams the space they needed to carry out the significant development work outlined below"

Bloody shame again sold to investors as all singing all dancing and ready to go, clearly it wasn't.

"We plan to continue hiring at pace. In particular, there will continue to be sizeable expansion in the technical development team. However, both the sales and supply teams are also expected to grow quickly with additions in the US and Europe, as well as in the UK reflecting where we expect to find advertisers and games publishers."

Well they were already hitting 50 in H1.

Spend spend spend, cash will be just about all gone and very little revenue.

Massive miss expected which will then mean material cash needed in quick time via a fund raise.

Draper when the bad news comes needs to get the boot.

He was quite clear all on tracand if they weren't then they would have updated the market.

That has many fools buying right up until the material was thwarted by actual revenue.

Ding ding, round 2 about to start.

What then, the size 12 hobnail boot, into touch for JD.
