Lauders - always been curious about charts but only as a peripheral addition to decisions - clearly small shares are less likely to follow the same principles as larger ones but it is the effect on sentiment that is the key.

news suggests we should all expect more global macro mess going forward and market responses to be equally messy - all the fear triggers are arriving at once, social unrest, economic disruption, environmental, fear of war etc etc

we should all hide indoors and play games and be promised a better life through adverts. time to re-read Moore's Watchmen and the role of promising a better future and the death of the past...

Sorry GN I am not a chartist and don't really know whether charts are so reliable with small companies like BIDS. Just noted the chart and comments on Twitter and shared as thought some may be interested. Seems like only you were LOL! It is interesting to see that there was a sell-off to a price near to that stated by Ant and then it rebounded intra-day. Shame the general market is so unstable at the moment or BIDS could be a lot higher. Probably many too nervous to invest at the moment. If BIDS produce another great RNS this week (get Q4 off to that news-driven Q we have been led to believe is coming) then we may still do very well short term. It is going to be bumpy though I think!

PS. For those who don't like the constant bitcoin posts on the BIDS board I would recommend the filter button. A LOT of blank posts appear but it speeds up the reading ;-)

You’ll no doubt be as conflicted as me about:

1) flattening yield curve
2) bonds expensive relative to stocks so stocks are technically cheap but historically extortionate 🙈
3) inflation is being sought at any cost but largely ignored
4) Brexit and currencies

And yes, I’m not sure if you saw but Damian C Director of operational platforms @ Twitch liked JD’s ‘Q3 is exciting’ post and Lewis H (Bids strategy) is connected to: UK partnership + influencer aquisitions @ Twitch as well as Head of business developments + Strategic Partnerships @ Twitch as well as Director of Advertising + Marketing @ Twitch... definitely well connected and something brewing with that relationship me thinks

It blows my mind Stevoc. I read it, re-read it, read it again and still struggle. I need practical examples (the vodaphone link was useful).

It’s too nascent and fluid for me. Similar to how advertising was 10 years ago.

Unless it’s useful to the value proposition and safety of the adverts I think BIDS should only ‘explore’; the area and focus on the core tech in the defined and maturing online ad industry.

Haha Luke, I’ve created that conspiracy over many years in my mind - never heard it or even announced it until tonight. Love the macro and monetary stuff and it certainly wouldn’t surprise me.

I’m surprised that you don’t think that the military has already got the capabilities.



My conspiracy for crypto is that it’s a big plug created by the federal reserve to reverse quantitative easing and suck the liquidity and wealth out of the system under the guise of speculative frenzy when they fancy it. But that point is not necessarily worthy of this board.

I also think it’s important to spell out exactly where the value is in your links and how they specifically connect to BIDS otherwise I struggle to connect the dots.

Still no idea what a Vantom is for example, it just appears on the board with tons of exclamation marks which would be better punctuated with question marks...

Better to PEE everyone off with Point, evidence, explain.
