15/8/2019 08:58 | tick, why would they want to? Apart from the tech, ad agencies are placing ads for clients with companies that own space for ads, they outsource a lot of production. You may as well ask why they don't own magazines or make tv programmes or online market places. They'll design the campaign and find the appropriate space. | global nomad
15/8/2019 08:58 | They will but we need multiple companies like Bidstack. The market is just so BIG | ![]() aidenabettin

15/8/2019 08:31 | PW you do dig up some skeletons. MTV was simply a one man band who never participated in any placing or bought any shares. It was hyped to the hilt by the boiler room boys. For that matter you could say the same for most of the companies on AIM. Here they have done a playing and the share price is way above the placing price. They have the best talent on board. Have done an acquisition on great terms. Positive results on trials and I could go on but I will let others take the credit on this board. Out of interest I want to know what share you think is good to get in and where you are invested. All you come up with is doom. | ![]() snoopy12
15/8/2019 08:30 | PW, i don't think BIDS particularly issues a lot of RNS's. It issues what it is obliged to in relation to the development of its business and that might be deemed price sensitive. These are not only about commercial activities ( by which i think you mean financial). You think it is worth only just above the predicted annual revenue. The market thinks it is worth 67m. Some of us think it is worth more. lets see... | global nomad

15/8/2019 08:11 | To issue and RNS claiming they've signed a contract with AppNexus should set alarm bells ringing everywhere. It reminds me of when MTV (Motive Television) issued an RNS stating its app had been sent to Apple for approval. It was meant to imply the company was on talking terms with Apple Inc when all that was happening was that they were putting their app in the Apple store. MTV is now dead. This company issues lots and lots of RNS but nothing of commercial value. At £67 million it is about ten times overvalued. Slowly but surely its price will come down as those who participated in the last placing sell their stock at 100% gains. BIDS do have something but nothing to justify the market cap and nothing that the bigger players cannot replicate forcing BIDS out of the market and fairly quickly to. Be careful. | ![]() pwhite73
15/8/2019 08:09 | 'resistant to recessions'! That is an interesting statement ... Thanks again aidenanabettin | ![]() hazl
15/8/2019 08:05 | Good Outlook 'Ad spending will continue to rise across the globe, with digital driving most of the growth. This means that the company will also be operating in a steadily growing and relatively conservative market. In fact, companies are more likely to save elsewhere than to cut spending on marketing. Hence, I consider the advertising market to be resistant to recessions. Another point is that consumers spend more time on advertising media and that overall media time is increasing. And indeed, ad-supported media consumption accounts for a remarkably large proportion of total media consumption.' | ![]() hazl
15/8/2019 08:01 | 'In my opinion, AT&T has a big advantage here that many companies do not have. This is due to the combination of sell-side and buy-side demands within the advertising market.' does it remind you of anyone? from above seeking alpha | ![]() hazl
