Bidstack have long been a takeover target (or having a majority shareholder) even JD recognises that and has stated he wishes to rebuff these and remain independent, at least for the foreseeable future.

EDIT: John Taylor resigned from BIDSTACK group last month.What is the Colonel up to?.'Between 2013 and 2015 he was senior strategic communications officer for the Ministry of Defence. He joined the Board of Kin Group plc (subsequently renamed Bidstack Group plc) in November 2017 and is also on the Board of Sabien Technology Group plc. He also recently joined the board of TSI.BIDSTACK are now a takeover target imo

I get the distinct impression that the share price won't make any significant moves until after the H1 update is issued. Each move up at the moment is being sold into to some extent. Short-term profit taking.

I think there's understandably a certain degree of caution, considering this is still a very young company trying to carve out effectively a new sub-industry for itself.

Providing there are no clear red flags in that update, we could see upwards momentum kick in again.

Just wondering if BIDS was listed on the US market what sort of value they would put on it? Certainly think if we get a few more games and DSPs uner the belt it might be worth considering.
