Agree with your estimate of 15%. It's a different media but SONIC INFLUENCER MARKETING (owned by Audioboom) are known to be making 15% commission on advert distribution for all their podcasts.

Researching typical advertising commissions for advertising agents.

15% is the standard rate.

I expect FM was a lower fee to prove it out but it’s easy to see how we can achieve millions of revenue if the advertising potential of FM alone is £100m per annum given current viewing rates.

That’d be a recurring £15m p.a

Building the team fast..."There are a lot of things going on - as you would expect - as we're trying to condense three years worth of stuff, of building blocks, into one year. So as you would expect we are building something that has to scale quickly, particularly over Q4, scale rapidly. There will be a lot of stuff coming out in Q3 I would imagine."

Bids, to him is overhyped overpriced nonsense, and he will no doubt believe the $75billion spend on in game advertising a mirage.
Niggle old love you may have missed the initial Bids price, but it is not too late. If not, when it goes up further in price over the weeks and months you are going to be even more niggled niggle!

Bidstack Gets Gaming… and they get Advertising. An incredibly innovative, dynamic and young company, Bidstack understands the importance of the rapidly growing in-game advertising market.

Bidstack isn’t simply an in-game advertising platform, it has developed its own proprietary technologies to be able to provide live, targeted and automated native in-game advertising for the global gaming industry across multiple platforms (mobile, PC and console). We have grown from a crowdfunded start-up to one of the fastest growing businesses on the AIM and our continued development means that we are now looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the team at our London HQ in Stratford.

Summary of the role:
The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role for supporting the Sales team in the onboarding of new clients to the Bidstack technology stack including but not limited to advertising SDKs, video players, ad-servers etc.

You will provide technical expertise during pre-sales, delivering demos as well as participate in the product release cycle through requirement gathering, design vetting, user acceptance testing and the technology implementation stage.

The Solutions Engineer will act as primary liaison for a client, evaluating requests in conjunction with Technical Account Management, Engineering and Product. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with SDK implementations across a variety of platforms including but not limited to Android, iOS, Unity and C++. You will have a strong understanding of mobile app development practices and SDK development.

The ideal candidate in a proactive thinking, flexible with shifting priorities and demonstrates a problem-solving approach. Comfortable with a high-growth start-up environment, you work well with local and remote teams and are passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality technical sales support to customers, channel partners and internal sales team
• Oversee the onboarding across all clients, in conjunction with the Technical Account Management team, providing excellent client support at all stages and opportunities
• Lead and develop best practices for client approach and onboarding • Ensure the success of our key clients from a technical perspective
• Maintain a deep technical understand of all aspects of the Bidstack business
• Advocate for the client and feedback challenges to the Product team to improve Bidstack product and integration processes • Coordinate the solution of identified issues with our clients, product management and engineering teams
• Evangelise new products and assist clients in the adoption of these features to ensure their long-term success Required Qualifications: To be a strong fit for this opportunity you should have: • 5-6 years’ relevant experience, ideally with prior experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar
• Thorough understanding of web and mobile technologies, especially in mobile and programmatic advertising
• you have an expertise in Web Development with knowledge in Unity, C++, mobile SDKs/ APIs and at least one programming language e.g. java script
• Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
• Understanding of the media gaming space is preferred, particularly mobile gaming
• Good understanding of the ad tech/advertising markets, particularly in mobile app
• Agile approach to work in a high growth environment
• Able and available to travel across Europe as required
• Fluent in English

Magli, I think JD has said before that integration takes less than a day. Can’t remember the source of that so don’t quote me. I’m also resisting buying more! I’d buy more if it ever hits 21p again - sadly, probably won’t.

I think in terms of timing many companies want to have releases in time for Black Friday / Cyber Monday Nov 22 2019. It depends on how much time it takes to get the coding incorporated in to the Game code... and how many people Bids Has... (must resist buying more)
