It's all about moving quickly whilst they have first mover advantage, and that's exactly what they're doing!Remember this quote from a recent podcast:"There are a lot of things going on - as you would expect - as we're trying to condense three years worth of stuff, of building blocks, into one year. So as you would expect we are building something that has to scale quickly, particularly over Q4, scale rapidly. There will be a lot of stuff coming out in Q3 I would imagine."

"Derek Joseph Wise (aged 43) is not currently a director of any company and has not been a director of any company in the past five years.

There is no further information on Derek Wise required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

As part of his package, the Company intends to grant Mr Wise options over 1 million shares exercisable, in respect of 70% of such options, at 31.75 pence per share and, in respect of the remaining 30% at 50 pence per share. Mr Wise does not have any other interest in the issued share capital of Bidstack."

James Draper, CEO of Bidstack, commented, "Given the attractiveness of our technical offering we have been looking to add a Board member who has had experience of building and scaling borderless enterprise technology which has then been acquired by a major Silicon Valley player."

It cannot really be clearer than that...BIDS' plan includes being bought out...so we need to think of this investment not only for its share price rise but also the premium it would attract and a potential timescale. The fact the RNS mentions grapeshot appointing Derek in Jan 2017 and pitching the sale in Aug 2018 gives us their level of expectation - 18-24 months out - what price we'll be then is anyones guess...

If they find the same results as Lumen (although presumably different methodologies to ingame advertising) then I’d expect a lot of interest.

JW does a good job explaining the huge potential for Bids and saying the market hasn’t really understood the Lumen research results. Unique opportunity to be in at the beginning.

..if the company doesn't succeed you've had it either way... let's be honest but we wouldn't be here if we didn't believe in it.
I do agree that you have to be careful across the board with the prices early on .

and if the company doesn't deliver on its promise hazl, then pennies always matter.

I know this company and it certainly has a unique opportunity, but execution and delivery is everything. It can still fail from here but my money is on it succeeding.

Sometimes you have to buy when you can Roley which is the case for me at the moment .
If you believe in the company pennies won't matter.
