I am merely highlighting that private investor interest is increasing at an accelerating pace. If you check out Bidstack's followers you will see that the bulk of the 250 added in the last month are private investors.

Thanks fot that link moneygenxyz. The highlighted excerpt below shows that JD intends to release frequent newsflow which I think most agree is positive for momentum, provided the news itself is positive. Not much longer to wait for the next news if we are all right as it has been flagged and is "expected".

The upsides to a transaction like this, when reviewing options, include:
•There is a exit opportunity for the Ltd company investors
•Access to funding post-float can be easier
•With strong news flow the businesses worth inflates
•As we are effectively selling 'net new' media, having 'PLC' after our name brings a certain gravitas - and has accelerated deal-flow.
•Access to a Convertible Loan Note (CLN)
