Yes, had just found it.

The plaintiff has claimed that Ultimate Team 'compelled' him to splash out more than $600 in both FIFA and Madden since 2011.

You get this in the US all the time. A lot of cases get thrown out. Do you know if the case is well-funded? There are risks to all business models that you might harm a customer, the important thing is for the business to operate responsibly.

Jumpin in, I know about in game ads but what about in video ads since it's all code these days? Would work like this (humorous example):You throw on the Demolition Man, starring Sly Stallone, Sandra Bullock and Wesley Snipes.You see the 3 sea shells.You think, hey I like those so you hit pause, click on the item and buy for delivery to your home. Then click play to continue to watch.Thoughts?

dedicated bidstack forum.

a group which began on here but got fed up with the nonsense from some posters.

its a decent site, lots of good research and discussion, the main person behind it actually got hired by bidstack. Make of that what you will.

lots of people on there have, it seems, sunk significant amounts of money into bidstack - firmly 'bidlieving' that its a question of 'when', not 'if' the company will take off.
