They could be stalling to get to Brexit. Remember it's all about DATA and everything changes on 31/12 when the UK-GDPR stands alone with increased access not allowed by GDPR and CCPA.Many things are going to change as far as data collection and surveillance is concerned. It will be more in line with China and Israel
