Sounds like BS. Lets face it, he overpromised and underdelivered whilst enriching himself at shareholders expense.
Those shares he sold for £300k now worth under £70k if you could even get a firm bid for them.

Watch what they do, not what they say.

Directors who cash in before profitability are proven to massively underperform those who dont, as they just dont have the stamina & fortitude to see it through instead they want all the rewards without putting in the hard work.
