05/3/2020 13:57 | That's interesting if true Aiden. I have no idea what happened, certainly ,JD has intimated that a 'deal' didn't /couldn't come off. It seemed to me to coincide with the tightening up of restrictions regards privacy issues in the wider advertising space. We could have done well, as we hoped, by the looks of it but timing is always everything. GL IMO | ![]() hazl
05/3/2020 13:37 | A major M&A action was going to take place involving BIDS imo but has had to be put on hold because AT&T / Xandr(Appnexus) are in serious trouble..Do you research the sector and companies BIDS have signed contracts with? | ![]() aidenabettin

05/3/2020 13:18 | Down a further 10% today as people bail. It could be previous holders in trouble with other investments liquidating everything. Or just people like me, (I sold last week, getting out before it collapses completely. I can stomach a 40% loss but not a 90% one! From CEO, James Draper’s interview on Proactiveinvestors On the Profit Warning: "Were you guilty of overpromising" "We were remarkably close and it was heartbreaking when we had to put the profit warning out...I kicked a bunch of things around the office. Only myself and a few board members knew what we had, what was being cooked up" On his share sale: "You took some cash off the table last year? Do you think for a company in growth mode this sent the right message?" "If I was independently wealthy... no, I wouldn't have done it. It was a minor shareholding (£300,000, it was a couple of per cent, I knew what we had coming, at that stage. If I'd known how things would pan out at the end of the year (three weeks later) (I wouldn't have done it) but at that stage, there was a big deal being cooked up, that didn't come off due to timescales. It was enough to take care of a couple of personal matters. Given how much sweat was involved.... put a couple of life matters in order, without taking the mickey... So JD took YOUR money - around £300,000 worth when these deals were only speculative. They were not signed, they were not done deals and so he should be investigated. The market was misled. He took shareholders money when deals which he was working on were not done. They were not signed, they were not in the can. Make up your own minds! | ![]() niggle
05/3/2020 13:15 | I am providing enough evidence to sink a battleship but even the zombies dont want to touch the subject. It's like they are stabbing BIDS with one of those spring loaded knives where the blade disappears inside the handle on contact. It only looks nasty but no damage is actually being done.Just like BIDS just an establishment cover up to buy time | ![]() aidenabettin
05/3/2020 12:54 | Shocking share price performance Where’s the revenue? Come on JD, many people have bought this at 20p upwards because of the hype...of which you and JW were a massive part of! | ![]() europa79

05/3/2020 10:58 | So what does this mean -Institutional shorting with no dilution= manipulationI don't think you have a clue. Also, yes dilution is often bad but I'd rather be diluted say 10% to provide cash to grow and appreciate the share price. You were telling people to accumulate at over 30p and had I I'd be some 80% down. I hope no-one listened to you then and all the way down talking of manipulation , Israelis and to accumulate. Same at TSI, it's down today as there are more sells than buys. It's not manipulation it's the way the market works. | ![]() tickboo

05/3/2020 10:52 | My shareholding has not been diluted only less in value. Dilution is a problem not shorting.Shorts will close eventually | ![]() aidenabettin
05/3/2020 10:44 | I can take a short out and should have! I borrow shares and sell them for 20p and the share price falls and I buy them back for 10p and make the difference (less fees). You're deluded. | ![]() tickboo
05/3/2020 10:33 | You don't need to dilute to short a PLC. What are you on about? | ![]() tickboo
