They are working with them and others to define a new ad category along with the IAB working group. Clear to see who the parties are if you look it up. These will be defining what's needed in the api not just using it like your eBay reference.#thick

No Aiden Bidstack are overstating the relationship. It is not a contract. It is an agreement to abide by their terms and conditions in order to gain access to their platform. This is why I used ebay as an example.

No Aiden Its not a contract with Appnexus. If you want to sell your CD collection on ebay you have to agree to their terms and conditions. Once you've done that you can then place your CD collection on their platform. The ebay platform gives you access to millions of potential customers. But have you signed a commercial contract with ebay the company? No!!
