The Zombies point blank refuse to discuss the fact that Appnexus could be fined 4% of their $2B turnover.Not once has the other bb mentioned Appnexus are in trouble.I have no doubt that Xandr want us but the chronology of events suggests it's all linked and plan A had to be cancelled with every excuse under the sun used to try and hide it.Bids have an extremely powerful set up now and I agree with JD that they will be very big .But very big with who?.AT&T or unfriendly competition?

But we now know the problem is that Appnexus have been accused off data fraud not BIDS.What if an AT&T competitor now comes in for BIDS?.BIDS are not the PROBLEM we are the TARGET

aiden do you not agree a fundraise will be required? Therefore a placing will be required before cash runs out. My concern is the dilution will be huge with only 125k revenue and 5.3m debt and a market cap of circa 15m. Would a businessman buy a business for 15m for 125k revs? Nope, therefore either a huge dilution will be required or a huge increase in revenues over the next 2-6 months. Add to that JD massively mislead the market on revenue expectations, damaging trust. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. I have warned you, you need to do the rest.

could be a really good time to sell IMHO. the trick will be to get out before the placing / dilution happens and then (if you want) buy back in later to a better funded company

Settling down now after the initial euphoria - no doubt people will have been caught out at 7.5p and above so will have lost up to 15%.

These non-news stories will no doubt have a lesser and lesser effect as we get towards the placing announcement which must be very soon. JD must be disappointed.

However, the UK-GDPR sets out certain exceptions by which the regular protection of personal data can be bypassed, e.g. when in matters of national security or in matters of immigration. It also applies the same requirements for collection and processing of personal data to the intelligence services..Some on the other bb will need to watch out at the end of 2020
