Directors Dealings

The Company has been informed that on 18 April 2016 Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director of the Company sold 6,030 ordinary shares each at a price of 226 pence per share and purchased 6,030 ordinary shares each at a price of 227 pence per share into his ISA.

Further on 21 April 2016 Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director of the Company and his wife Tracy Hargrave both transferred 7,207 ordinary shares each at a price of 210.5 pence per share into their ISAs.

Following these transactions, Mr Hargrave, including connected parties for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, continues to have a beneficial interest in 126,579 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.25 per cent of the issued share capital and holds 10,000 options over shares in Best of the Best granted under the terms of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
