I got the 16.6p from a commentator on Stockoppedia - I didn't check it myself. This could have been derived from the 16.6p 'Consensus Estimate' on stocko, so may be an error.

Apologies if I've provided duff info. Like I say, I think most analyst's notes are of questionable value anyway. As a BLV shareholder I think the fall is just market jitters, we're seeing the same with many stocks that have had a good run lately.

I just checked finncap's website, Research Tree and Bloomberg and they haven't updated their figures since 6th September - which was 19.8p. Finncap reiterated this on 29th September.Where are you seeing your 16p figure?

The latest Fincapp note (27th Sept) is for 16.6p EPS. Personally, I pay little attention to brokers notes.

I think Stocko is wrong. I don't understand where they get their broker ave from. It says 2 brokers but there is only one Fincapp and Fincapp note is at 19.8p. My own estimate FWIW is 21.5p.

Looks pretty cheap here at around 10x free cash flow. Top line has grown pretty consisteantly at 20%+ yoy. I bought more.

Why is this dropping every day? Ok, EPS downgraded but still decent value and immune from any supply chain issues. Plus nice divi to boot!

The sales side will be softer for sure but the financial services side is in growth and so is the letting side. I don't think 21p/eps for 2021 is far wrong.

Looks like market is predicting peak earnings with housing stocks. Although this one has a strong lettings side to it

Added a few more today at 262. I think FY2021 EPS will be around 21p. That's a p/e of around 13 for a high quality business growing well with a tremendous track record.

Clearly the director selling of LTIP has created an opportunity but I don't think it is a vote of no-confidence by the directors.

Hard to know how low this will drop.I guess the drop spooks folk into selling to protect profits after such a great run but at the end of the day its a buying opportunity for a long term hold

It was very informative and I'm sure they'll continue to grow and prosper with their operating model for years to come. Bought more today on the drop
