Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust
Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 5 March 2020 at a price of 527.78p.
The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 4,237,674 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.80% of the issued share capital).
